 Can you please elaborate on what the new streaming chipset offers compare to the previous version?

The previous Stereo Hub used a 2nd generation streaming chipset, which means it was designed for the streaming services available at the time of launch - back in 2015. New streaming services has occured since, which means new requirements for the hardware and capabilities of the streaming chips.

This new 3rd generation streaming chipset is designed to support all the streaming services available today - as well as a complete redesign of the chipset core. This means we can support all the current streaming services - and we have even made sure we have enough headroom inside the chip to be able to add new streaming services in the future, if such ones should arise. We are currently using about 25% of the chip capacity with the services we have already included - and we are working with more upcoming streaming service providers, to add their services in the future as well. This is what we mean by future proof.

Further, since this is a 3rd generation streaming chipset, all the learnings from the previous 2 generations are accumulated in this version - leading this to be perhaps the most stable and reliable streaming chipset in the industry.

 For your Stereo Hub HT product. It can accept a USB drive. What is the largest capacity it can have? and what file formats can it play?

Capacities up to 1TB should be fine. Regarding the format, it supports MP3, WMA, FLAC, and WAV formats, but not DSD. Also, it is recommended to use a FAT32 USB drive.

 Is it possible for me to navigate which I want to play under the USB disc source?

Sorry, it is not - USB disc does not support playlist function. It will play all the music on the USB disc, and the user can change the songs using prev and next. That's why it is suggested to have only music on the disc, no folders.

 I can't get the remote control paired with the Stereo Hub HT. How should I do?
